Birthday treats are sent out via email 2 weeks prior to your birthday so make sure you’ve updated your birthday in your account. You can do this online by logging into your account here. If you don’t receive your birthday treat by your birthday, please email us at [email protected] with your full name, email address and birthday, or leave us a message via Contact Us and we’d love to help.
Yes, we ship worldwide. All our in-stock products will be dispatched from Taipei, Taiwan within 2 business days after your order is placed. Pre-order items will take up to 7-10 business days.
For Taiwan orders, you may enter your shipping address in Chinese. For international orders, we encourage you to enter your shipping address in English. This can avoid delays with your order, and ensures that your order is delivered correctly.
When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You may also follow your parcel’s journey through your member account.
You may find the tracking number by logging into your account once your order is dispatched, and you can use this to track the location of your order. If there seems to be a delay or no updates, you can contact the postal service that is handling your order. Please ensure you have your tracking number available to provide to the postal service so they can investigate further.
